What we help
What we help
We do more than just talk ….. we have an opinion....and you may not always like it. We won't leave you wondering what we actually think. We believe you pay for a professional opinion and are entitled to get it....even if it means you fire us because you don't like it. Better to know and leave than stay and be in the dark. A therapist should not make you guess about what they think will make you feel better or what needs to change to make that happen.

Our therapists not only look the part, we LIVE the part. Our office (and homes) are tidy, we show up on time, we keep our promises, and we are detail oriented. We have had successful careers and accomplished major personal goals in our life.
Psychotropic medications can be very helpful in many situations. The medication impacts the chemical signals in the brain whereas Neurofeedback can alter the electrical signals. Neurofeedback is a natural drug free alternative and/or complement as it allows you to modify your brain waves through a process of brain training.
The AAP (The American Academy of Pediatrics) rated neurofeedback at the same level
of efficacy as stimulant medication for use with those dealing with ADD and ADHD. Those in clinical practice have known this technique works
for two decades, but the majority of the public is unaware that an effective, non-drug option for
ADD and ADHD exists.
